There were some small issues with the performance of the equipment. it is my opinion that Trane did not offer the support to the installer or the ultimate consumer that ought to be indicative of one of the largest HVAC suppliers in the industry, though it appears that after numerous emails acceptable performance has been attained." I couldn't convince JeffWright that it was defective and had to deal directly with the distributor who was quite understanding and replaced the entire unit. I am most satisfied with the way the unit works now but I should not have had to do all of the leg work to get a defective unit replaced- Jeff Should have." J .
